Bill LaPierre has been named Vice President of Business Intelligence and Marketing Analytics at Datamann, Inc. in Wilder, VT. LaPierre will be responsible for providing analytical and strategic consulting services to Datamann's ecommerce, catalog and direct marketing clients. Those services will include customer acquisition, sales growth planning, merchandise analysis, creative catalog and website critiques, circulation planning, internet sales integration and allocation, and methods of migration to the web for catalogs.
Bill has over 25 years of experience of catalog and direct marketing experience. For the past 15 years, he has been Senior Vice President at Millard Group in Peterborough, NH, serving as the company's senior multi-channel and catalog consultant, advising over 250 consumer catalog clients on their circulation planning and customer acquisition efforts. His direct clients included LL Bean, Lands' End, Plow & Hearth, Garnet Hill, Brookstone, Oriental Trading and Boden. Prior to joining Millard Group, he was the catalog marketing manager for Brookstone, in Merrimack, NH.
Bill is a frequent speaker at catalog and marketing conferences on how catalogs must adapt to the online, mobile and social media environment. He is past president of the Vermont/New Hampshire Direct Marketing Group.
