Multi-Channel Marketing Do's and Don'ts

Join us on February 12, 2010 as we explore the ever expanding field of Multi-Channel Marketing. Our speakers, Ken Lane of Hathaway and Lane in Litchfield, CT and Melissa Howley, V.P. of Marketing at Keepsake Quilting will help you understand those channels and just how they should all work together.

Sit back but don’t relax because this session will be lively, interactive and chockfull of Multi-Channel Marketing Do’s & Don’ts that you need to know. Many marketers have tried to keep up with the ever-changing landscape that direct marketing has been the past several years. And, just when you think you know it all, you find you don’t.

Informal but educational, spend the morning reviewing case studies and experiences about what you should be doing in your business today (large or small, one channel or many) in what promises to be a lively interchange reminiscent of a "Point – Counterpoint" dialogue between the panelists and with you. The panel will share tips on what you should be doing – and, perhaps as important – what you should not be doing. You can share your success or horror stories and get advice from the panel.

Subject matter we will address:

  • Online and Email marketing
  • Merchandising
  • Social Networking
  • Branding & Creative
  • Contact & Circulation Planning
  • Driving retail traffic
  • Why you (still) need direct mail
  • Analytics to live by

You will leave this session with answers and ideas to take back to the office and begin to implement right away, sure to take your MCM knowledge to the next level, and give you an insight into how it all works.

This seminar will start at 10:00 am and finish at 1:00 pm, followed by lunch and a Q&A session.  We are pleased to offer this seminar at a special pricing to start your season off successfully.  Members: $60  Non-Members: $90
